Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maison Bonnet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused

• Original tags and packaging still attached

• Free from damage, stains, or odors (including perfume or other scents)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued via bank account transfer or InstaPay only.
